Returns & Exchanges at PRASAGA
At PRASAGA, every piece is crafted in small batches with care and intention. To honour slow fashion and reduce waste, we follow a mindful exchange and return policy.
Size Exchange
We offer size exchanges if requested within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
Returns & Store Credit
In cases of damaged products, incorrect items, or manufacturing defects, we offer a replacement or store credit after verification (unboxing video or clear photos within 24 hours of delivery).
For returns requested due to personal preference, style expectations, or order reconsideration, we offer store credit only, valid for 3 months.
Kindly note that in such cases, the return shipping cost (minimal delivery charges) will be borne by the customer.
Important Note
We do not accept returns for minor variations in colour, weave, or texture, as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted fabrics and make each PRASAGA piece unique.
