Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment verification. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via our delivery partner DTDC, offering:

  • Standard shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Express shipping (2-3 business days) - available in select cities
  • Free shipping on your first order

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order in real-time through DTDC's tracking system. Simply click on the tracking link in your email or visit your order dashboard.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free shipping on your first order. For subsequent orders, standard shipping charges apply based on your location. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your PRASAGA pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for different sizes, subject to availability. Please contact us at prasagastore@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at prasagastore@gmail.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Drop off at the nearest DTDC pickup point or schedule a pickup
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange

Note: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
